Beauregard Electric Cooperative (B.C.E.) in Louisianna was hit by Hurricane Delta just six weeks after they were damaged by Hurricane Laura. Bowie-Cass Electric linemen have been living in an emergency tent village and helping to restore their power since Saturday, October 10th. B.C.E. is hopeful that all members will be restored in the next 2 weeks.
