Legislative Update: HB 3448 Postponed 

In May, Rep. Drew Darby postponed House Bill 3448 on the House floor—effectively halting its progress in this legislative session.

While this is welcome news, we, along with cooperatives across Texas, will continue to monitor this bill and any other legislation that may be introduced in the future, which could negatively impact our members.
