Since 1999, Texas law has allowed nonprofit electric cooperatives to use unclaimed capital credit refunds to fund student scholarships. Through this program, Bowie-Cass Electric Cooperative is proud to keep investing in local students’ education and future success.
In 2027, BCEC will award $8,000 in scholarships to deserving students!
