Navigating the New Bill
You'll see a brand new bill format hitting your mailbox in June. What does this change mean for you?
1. Easier to Read Layout
A more intuitive layout makes the new bill easier to read and simpler for you to find the information that’s most important to you.
2. Easier to Calculate Usage
You’ll get to see the current month’s Kilowatt hours compared to the previous month, and also the total usage and cost per day, making it easier to calculate your future use.
Easier to Spot Historic Trends
The new format still includes 13 months of usage history but adds even more data with daily breakdowns of KWH usage and the high and low outdoor temperatures for each day.
