As life for most of us is beginning to get back to normal. It's time for your cooperative to begin the process of getting back to normal. For the past couple of months, in response to these uncertain times, Bowie-Cass Electric Cooperative hoped to relieve some of the worries that Covid-19 brought to our Members by suspending disconnects for non-payment and eliminating late fees. We are now beginning a transitioning period back to normalcy. We are anticipating, as business in our area begins to “Open Up”, that we will return to our normal collection and disconnect policy in July.
If you need help paying your electric bill, it is very important that you call Member Services at 903-846-2311.
