Bowie-Cass Congratulates Scholarship Winners

In 1999, the state of Texas made it possible for electric cooperatives to use unclaimed capital credits to fund student scholarships. This year Bowie-Cass Electric Cooperative awarded seven scholarships to area students. 

Congratulations to the 2012 winners of the Bowie-Cass Electric Cooperative Scholarships:
